⛲How to add Liquidity

What is liquidity?

To put it another way, liquidity in the world of DeFi refers to the capacity of an asset to be sold or traded. A pair of two digital assets that have been joined together to facilitate trading on a decentralised exchange (DEX) such as Roswell is referred to as a liquidity pool.

Liquidity is essential to ensuring that the ecosystem on Roswell.ai remains robust and productive. Because there is now more liquidity on the Roswell.ai platform, a higher number of users will be able to trade a greater number of their preferred tokens without encountering any difficulties.

How to add liquidity?

  1. Establish a connection between your wallet and Roswell.ai.

  2. To access the Exchange page, choose "Exchange" from the menu located in the navigation bar.

  3. Locate the option labelled "Liquidity" and then click on it.

  4. You may either go through the list for the first token that you wish to add to the liquidity pool, or you can search for its name directly. If you are unable to locate it, just copy and paste the address of the token's contract into the search area, and it will appear for you to add to the list.

  5. To choose a token, either click on its icon or its name in the list.

  6. You will need to go through this step once again for the second token that you wish to add to the liquidity pool. You are responsible for inputting the token amount for one of the tokens, and the system will automatically compute the token amount for the other token to guarantee that both tokens have an identical quantity.

  7. In the event that this is your very first time providing liquidity for that particular coin, you will first be required to activate it in your wallet.

  8. To complete the transaction, go to your wallet and click the "Add Liquidity" button.
